Bookings
Full payment required prior to ALL readings.
Rescheduling
Only Live readings may be rescheduled a maximum of three (3) times per reading type, at least three (3) hours before scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
Readings may be rescheduled but not cancelled.
Refunds
No refunds for e-Readings (including Deluxe Tableau, éToile/eStrella/sTar, or mini Triple Crown). Payment forfeited for rescheduled live readings changed more than three (3) times.
